Any move entails a lot of technical details and I suspect we will encounter a few issues as the new server goes live. Please be patient with us. It will be worth it! :) Please help by posting all issues here.

Just came across this awesome site here. What a wealth of information complied here. I recently made the move to the Vegas area and also a new gun owner. The first thing I did when I got my residency was to go down and pick up my new side arm (Glock 17), paper temp license and all. After looking around the forums I decided to go OCing for the first time. I live in the 215 Eastern area so there I went to Trader Joes, Lowes, and Wal-mart. All in all not a bad experience. A few wandering eyeballs but no one said anything that I noticed. It felt good to get the first time jitters out. Even though I'm used to carrying from my military time in Iraq it definitely feels different being in the states where the general population is not used to it. Well just wanted to say hello and let you guys know you have some great topics and information, and look forward seeing what comes up.

I believe I have been in the same Trader Joes open carrying many times, if it is the one off Easter and Cordova. My wife's Dr is in the area. I have been in most of the stores just off 215 and Eastern open carrying several times. Welcome to open carry. Carry open carry often. Thanks for your service in Iraq.
