The Utah Concealed Carry Permit is considered the gold standard among permits. It’s recognized in 30 States. If you already have a Virginia permit, a Utah Permit will then total you out at 34 States.
This is a 4 hour, classroom only course. The cost is $80. Utah mandates that you be fingerprinted and I do that after the class is over.
In addition to the Utah Class I also go over low light shooting (60% of shootings are either at night or low light), shooting on the move, how to handle yourself after a shooting and talking to police after a shooting along with various scenarios you, hopefully, will never encounter.
While this class isn’t for beginners, you don’t have to be an expert either. Just be someone who practices regularly and knows how to handle a gun.
