The Bloomberge And the mayor from boston have paraded victims of violent crime to try and get a response from the president sad things is, it will probably work.
Here's a good quote from the Boston Mayor:
"Every day, 34 Americans are murdered with guns -- and most of them are purchased or possessed illegally," Bloomberg said at City Hall, where he was also joined by Boston Mayor Thomas Menino."
Here's another from a distraught mother of a murdered son:
Another woman held up a picture of her dead son in his school graduation robes.
He was "murdered in front of my home by strangers in a chance encounter with a stolen gun," she said. "Something has got to change. Enough is enough."
IMO they make our argument Lawful gun owners DO NOT do these kinds of things. I feel bad for these people, they have had a tragedy visited on them. Not once but twice. The first time by the criminal who did the crime to the loved one. The second time by being used by the "system" in a very sad attempt at furthering an agenda of criminal empowerment.
