But sneak up on it. Start by banning high-capacity texts. No texts over 10 characters.

Some of these phones are able to send the same txt to multiple contacts at the same time.
With only ONE push of the send button.

Only one txt should be sent per button push, unless you want to pay a $200 tax of course.

Older fully-automatic texters should be exempt from the law. Of course, the desirability for these automatics on the part of collectors and users should drive the prices ridiculously high, to the point where an automatic that would otherwise cost hundreds, would instead cost tens of thousands.

And we must also ban any phone that shares three or more of the same cosmetic features as a "fully-automatic texter".
Because they look really scary.

please tell me thats real!

would the battery come out with the magazine, for unloaded(california) carry?

It looks like something Pasis Hilton would own. It probably comes with 3 magazines with 2 of them for batteries (incase the batteries die during mid texting) and with the third magazine the gun/phone acts as a flashlight so you can find the key hole to unlock your car door or house door.

It gets worse, much worse!

And too top it off, the person gets billed for emergency responder services, billed for estimated lost sales during Wal-Mart lockdown, his carrier cuts off service and bills for early termination, and the FCC & FDA bans this person from possessing a cell, indefinitely until an investigation can deem this person not a threat to others while using a cell phone. Legislation to follow!

Cell Phones
Although an increasing number of states (INCLUDING CITIZENS & POLICE) are placing restrictions on (ALL)cell phone usage Missouri has no law regarding the use of cell phones while driving (AND PARKED IS ALSO TABOO). Be cautious when using your phone (NO ****). Distracted driving can be a significant safety hazard, especially when you're traveling in heavy traffic or under poor weather conditions (OR WHEN CONDITIONS SHOW NO DIPSHITS PRESENT). If you need to make a call, try to pull over to a safe area (JUST NOT A WALMART, NOT A SAFE AREA).
