I still need to find out if they are gun friendly however for OC meets. I will take care of that this week.

As a lurker, and newly signed up member I think something like this would help me bust my OC cherry.:D

I've been kind of afraid to just go out and do this on my own.

Completely understandable considering the state of LE mis-education in this state. Do you have a voice recorder yet?

Not yet, however thinking of picking up one of those spy cameras on e-bay. Researching the legality of that right now. The pen camera strikes my fancy.

As far a video in public, under the plain view doctrine there is no expectation of privacy. the same holds true for audio recording in PUBLIC.

Meant to be. Thought maybe you were carrying a Mosin or Garand to the fishing hole, never expected the pistol you mention.
