    i read that you can cc but i don't think it said oc?

    I'm not quite sure I understand your question.

    First, Do you have a Indiana Nonresident LTCH or recognized permit/license from another State? If the answer is no, you cannot OC or CC in Indiana.

    LTCH is License To Carry a Handgun. It does not specify the method of carry. Also, you do need a permit to carry.
