visiting SD for a little while, last minute decision

Hey guys I am visiting the SD area starting NOW and will be staying for a little while. Wanted to know if anyone wanted to meet up and give me a primer on anything I MAY have missed about these laws here.

I will be at the Starbucks in La Mesa at el cajon and baltimore by where el cajon runs into the 8 at 1230. All are welcome to attend.

(from what I could see on google maps and my LIMITED knowledge of the area it appears to be outside the halo ring. If I am mistaken someone please let me know and I will change locations...)
