Illinois as a whole is just about as bad
Chitcago basically runs IL politics. The rest of the state is more conservative.

Saw John Lott today at Cooley Law school. He's a big guy. I would think he would be hard to intimidate. But of course the intimidation wasn't really physical, but political, by threating his livelihood.
