We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Any move entails a lot of technical details and I suspect we will encounter a few issues as the new server goes live. Please be patient with us. NC is not a SAI state. I think this has been discussed a few thousand times before.

I just asked this question about 2 weeks ago lol. NC is not a Stop and Identify state.
I was told, though have yet to see any statutes on this, that the only thing you are required to give is name and address.
