If they would have fired the pos it would have been well handled.

The cost of over $7000 to an officer, who typically aren't particularly well paid to begin with, will likely make a lasting impression. Without any knowledge of prior problems with the officer, I would say this was handled well.

Brother, I'm not bashing you for your 'want' to defend yourself, but WTF?? This is not an LEO 'bash' site.

We OC because it's our right, as it is yours to defend you and your loved ones, but the Q's and the threads, are, quite frankly, wasting my time.

As a new comer to OC'ing, i am just starting to figure out what is right to post here and what is not.
While I am not using this site as a "LEO BASH site", i've posted several posts here that do not have anything to do with OC'ing, in the hopes that some would see that OUR rights have sliped away from us little by little in the way other than the right to OC.

I have come to read these posts here more and more and would have never got the nervre to open carry if i had'nt found this site. As a person with 85% hearing loss in both ears, the right to open cary has now become more and more practical to me.

these last posts have been posted because there seems to be a trend to stay clear of other rights that have been slowly but surely done away with or put in gray areas of the law.

If these posts that i have put up here have offended any one here then all i can say do not read them.

Additionally, I doubt you are likely to find anyone here who thinks that the only problem this country has concerning rights is related to guns.
