Since I'm new to the north county of San Diego, I just wanted to check on the status of UOC on the pier and around the harbor area. Can anyone help me out with this info? Thank you for your time

I am more than willing to meet up with you in the north county I just moved from Oceanside to Escondido this last month I carry everyday and I have dealt with tho OPD on numerous ocassions.
