The Iowa City, Iowa City Council will be Debating The Implementation of a Firearms Ordinance as Early as ToNight!

Don't worry, it's a resolution, not an ordinance. Resolutions can't be enforced. Even though they 'passed' it, firearms are not banned on Iowa City property. The council merely formally agreed to an opinion stating that they are scared of guns -- that's all a resolution is.

I Contacted 'Their' City Attorney, who told me, in BLATANT Terms, that Iowa code 724.28 does NOT Exsist.

Its already done. They passed the resolution 7-0 last night.

And they will not try an ordinance. That is for sure against state law.
