California mail-order ammo purchase ban ruled unconstitutional

Seems nobody can figure out when the ban would or would not apply, and even if they could market changes would change that anyhow.

Seems that sometimes when the banners get going they don't know whether to be very specific or very vague.

Congratulations to the folks in California who want to stimulate the economy. You can still see the Brown Truck of Joy pull up to your door.

    stay safe.

The only way I know of to prevent Kalafornikan politicians from enacting their ridiculously stupid laws is to require the following prior to being allowed to run:

    1. IQ test
    2. History test
    3. Test on the U.S. Constitution

Without these measures, stupid Kalafornikan politicians will continue to attempt to repeat the mistakes of history as their "legislation" is ruled unconstitutional.

The First protects the Second, and the Second protects the First. Together, they protect the rest of our Bill of Rights and our United States Constitution, and help We the People protect ourselves in the spirit of our Declaration of Independence.
