And request that he release Maryland House Bill 9 from committee. That's the bill sponsored by Delegate Michael Smigiel that would have Maryland recognize Concealed Carry licenses from Delaware, Pennsylvania, or Virginia.
The phone number for Chairman Vallario's office is: 410-841-3488.

Vallario is trying to kill it in committee without a vote. You to protect his cronies that are up for election. So they don't have to show their constituents their true colors.

I wonder how many of their MD constituents really care about gun rights?
The fact that the chair has to pull these sorts of shenanigans tells us that more care than they want to have to deal with.

When you force the legislators to cheat in order to move their agenda forward, or hold the status quo, that's just the last step before finally booting them out of office... hopefully.

Well, it could be worse. It could be Wisconsin.

All the more reason to rend the imperial satellite legislatures impotent by grand jury indictment, reinstitute the ordinances of secession and restore the RULE OF LAW as the ultimate tool of the civil authority.

The people consented to be governed. Withdraw the consent and institute NEW GUARDS for our future security.

Sounds eerily familiar, don't it?

Well, more accurately stated: "Rules are fine for you. And for us, but only as long as we get our way..."

Cite the rules and move for a floor vote, AND remember this come election time.

There has been at least one with the courage of his convictions in Virginia.
