Examiner - One Rep wants PERMITS for OPEN CARRY

    Examiner article from Tulsa

If you read this article, paragraph 2 mentions that Rep Sue Tibbs (chair of the house Public Safety committee), already has/wants to/will propose a permit for open carry.

More info as I find it.

As long as the permit is a BIRTH CERTIFICATE that says you are 16 or older, I am for a permit to OC. But no requirement of any kind to carry it with you when carrying! And I am open to removing the age requirement if they have written parental permission with them.

    Check out this article

OK2A has posted this article about Sue Tibbs and what she proposes. It falls way short of what it should be.
Keep those calls and emails coming.

But, that would keep President Obama from being able to legally OC...
