Examiner - One Rep wants PERMITS for OPEN CARRY

As long as the permit is a BIRTH CERTIFICATE that says you are 16 or older, I am for a permit to OC. But no requirement of any kind to carry it with you when carrying! And I am open to removing the age requirement if they have written parental permission with them.

But, that would keep President Obama from being able to legally OC...
