Thinking about heading up to the mountains this weekend ending up at the casino..I know I can't carry in there but any special provisions about the reservation itself?

Sec. 14-34.11. Aggravated weapons offense.
(a) It shall be unlawful to carry a dangerous weapon concealed on the person or to threaten to use or exhibit a dangerous weapon in a dangerous and threatening manner, or use a dangerous weapon in a fight or quarrel; or to possess a shotgun or rifle having a barrel or barrels of less than 16 inches in a length or an altered or modified shotgun or rifle less than 24 inches overall length.
(b) Aggravated weapons offense shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $5,000.00, by a term of imprisonment not to exceed one year, by exclusion for a period of not less than one nor more than five years, or by any combination of them.

Looks like OC is okay but I am not a lawyer.

I hear ya man, I guess I'll play it by ear..Probably not worth the hassle to get locked up for a couple hours of fun on the reservation..But, Like Dirty Harry said " I might feel lucky" that day..I'll keep ya posted,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Thanks for the info..Ricky

FYI, I've heard the Res PD is OK with CC. But I tried a while back to get someone on the phone to try and verify that. That was an experience. I never heard back from them. Maybe worth trying to call the PD. Good luck getting someone. If you do, let us know. I do know that the Res is capable of doing things a bit differently than your typical town.
