For those of you in the LA area, you may know that Jane Harmon recently stepped down.
As a result we have many local politicians running to fill her US Congressional seat.

One came to the local Tea Party meeting last night to present his candidacy.

He happens to be the city attorney of Redondo Beach who instituted a ban on all firearms (no exemptions for lawful OC or CCW or even TRANSPORT) in parks, then the day before we were going to have an OC event at the pier, designated the pier as park land.

We called him out on his two-faces and he failed miserably.

Here is the video, please share it to all your friends that live in the area. The last thing we need is another RINO representing CA in congress.

I am intimately familar with officials who will not honor their oath and use political camoflage and subterfuge to disguise their contempt of the Constitution. They hide behind words like 'reasonableness', 'compromise', and 'judgement'...They hide behind their 30 year membership in the NRA, while at the same time regulating the People's right to keep and bear arms. They also, in places like the North state, run unopposed-

Since you believe this candidate is unworthy, who then will you support to oppose him? Which of his opponents is going to stand up for truth and liberty- recognizing unloaded open carry as a legal lawful activity?

By not supporting a purported conservative, particularly in your area, you run the risk of ensuring a liberal anti-gunner is elected. How can this conundrum be reconciled?

There are several other very conservative candidates running. I didn't bother taping their speeches because they do not have a known record of being hostile to open carry.

Of course none of them have a snowballs chance in hell of winning this seat until the gerrymandered redistricting is completed.

Interesting,

Harmon is a left leaning Democrat right.

And a RINO is now set to take that seat? Hmmm

Oh well just a different wing of the same "Big Govnt" anti-liberty party. Too bad!

One good thing is if some of the true liberty voices get into a debate, then that gets people at least thinking a little more about the important issues, then who knows they continue to pull votes.

No one is "set" to take the seat. This guy is just throwing his hat in the ring. No real endorsements of any kind at this point.

Interestingly he or his campaign folks thought this video was so good they'd share it on their campaign website: http://mikewebbforcongress.com/

Don't know what to make of that...
