As many of you know, we have 4 bills in legislature now affecting gun rights. There is also SB5 sponsored by Senator Jones (no co-sponsors). Last year SB 239 and 247 received significant opposition. Sen. Jones was a primary sponsor of SB 239.

Once the 4 2A bills were introduced, Sen. Jones made a move that was PURE GENIOUS!! She introduced SB5, Collective Bargaining Bill. She knows the bill will never pass, but by diverting the media attention, FOP, Mayers against illegal guns and other Anti-2A groups attention to this bill, the 2A bills are quietly making their way through with little or no opposition. Send Flowers and gifts!!!

I'm not sure she did it intentionally. It is career suicide, judging by the backlash from SB5. Although, Kasich is being solely blamed for it....the bills that are now these 4 2A bills were introduced last session, but Budish refused to let them be voted on, so they died in December. They would have passed AND would have been signed by Strickland.
