SB 175 Confidential Records

I just stumbled on this bill. This bill provides express confidentiality for the records of CCW holders including records regarding the suspension, restoration or revocation of a permit. Check it out here;

This bill combined with SB126 would pretty much equal AB143.

We MUST support ALL the good bills - even if we think some bills might or should be merged.

Send email to the Senator Gustavson, thanking him for bringing the bill forward.

Send email to all of the committee members that will hear the bill.

Go to the legislature's website and cast your 'vote' and type an optional supportive comment.

All of this DOES make a difference! In fact, virtually required. If they don't see support, it is all too easy to let a bill die.
