Georgia is a "shall issue" state, IF you meet the requirements as set forth by law you cannot be denied a Georgia Weapons License.

Scroll down to "Weapons Carrying License" on GeorgiaPacking.Org, or ask on the forum.

    fherrada:

    Fallschirmjägers' Advice is Factually Correct.

Under Georgia Law 16-11-129, if You Qualify, The Probate Court Judge HAS to Issue a Georgia Weapons Carry License to The Applicant.

Under Georgia Law, EVERYONE Qualifies under Georgia Law, unless; The Probate Court Judge can PROVE a Licensing Exception under Georgia Code 16-11-129(b).

It is a little high. Most counties are $70-$80
