SENATE LISTENS TO GRNC MEMBERS

CONGRATULATIONS! The Long Road to Castle Doctrine Nears Its Destination.

Senate Bill 34: "Castle Doctrine" passed the Senate tonight in a 35-13 vote. Per your demands via GRNC alerts, the bill passed without amendments despite the fact that Democrats were rumored to have amendments in the offing.

Now it heads back to the NC House.

Good news indeed. I received replies from 2-3 senators, all positive.

Since the bill is headed back to the House, is it too soon to email our representative?
GRNC seems to have a great sense of timing, so I'm fine with waiting, if that'd be better.

Minor error in the alert. Not going back to the house, just going to the House. I also got replies from several Senators. Very Disappointed that my Senator didn't respond. Probably one of the 13 nay votes.
