Obviously talking about IL, since there ain't no such animal here in WI.
But if the Repubs go back on their word (they are politicians, after all) and pass a carry permit system, the same could be asked of permit holders.

The poll is biased and tailored for the liberals - very unusual for FOX. People who should not have firearms would never have been able to "register" them to begin with. There are already existing measures in place to prevent unauthorized persons from purchasing firearms. Having a "registry list" would become a menu for bad guys to decide where to break into next.

As it has been said, this is very misleading. There are measures in place to stop criminals or any person of bad character from buying (in most cases) and legally owning a handgun. This is just worded this way as to get the votes that they want.
