Obviously talking about IL, since there ain't no such animal here in WI.
But if the Repubs go back on their word (they are politicians, after all) and pass a carry permit system, the same could be asked of permit holders.

Duh!! If you had a PERMIT you are able, and authorized, to have a weapon! What is this country going towards???

(not going into the permit for 2nd Amendment as that's another issue..)

I'm pretty sure this is in response to the IL debate over making FOID card holder names public.
WI doesn't have such a (stupid, anti-constitutional) requirement.
(A permit to exercise a right... really??)
