The reason there aren't a lot of instructions for this is that a single stage loading press is about as simple as it gets.
Make sure it is bolted or clamped to a secure surface.
Do you have a reloading manual? Something like a Lee 2nd Edition or ABC's of Reloading?
Instructions for setting up a die are included in the box with the die set.
Biggest issue is finding the right powder, load, and bullet combination to make sure your rounds are safe.
Also make sure you have a scale and a good caliper. Electronic calipers are cheap and easy to read. Others require a little "touch" that requires a learning curve.
Start out with a good manual that teaches the Reloading Process. The rest will fall into place.

The best thing you can do, since you haven't reloaded before, is to buy one of these books and study the process before you do anything else. Having a friend help is great but all too often they forget the basics and get to the good part too soon. It's those basics that will keep your gun in one piece and your hands and eyes working the way they should.
