A man rented two guns from the Powder Room Indoor Target Range & Gun Shop on Feb. 9 and used them on the range. Saying he needed to get additional ammunition from his vehicle, he left the range, took the guns with him and did not return. :uhoh:

...including a weapon that Columbus police say was (later) fired at an officer...

Duh ! don't you have to give up a license or something?

Wow thank GOD for Security Cameras

I imagine the store clerk won't be allowing rental guns to leave the range any time soon. It's a shame people do these outrageous things. Probably cost a hard working employee his job for making this mistake. (unfortunately trusting someone)

Almost cost an officer his life.

Who in their right mind would commit a Felony in front of a security camera.

These types of people need to be removed from society, Quickly. Too bad the cop was a poor shot. We could have weeded the gene pool right then and there.

Just my humble opinion..............
