I live in Jeff and OC frequently. I have never encountered a problem in the JC/ California/ Columbia area. Not sure about Callaway County, but I have OC'ed there as well. I also have a CCW so if I would get detained, I shouldn't be hassled. I just act normal, am polite and courteous.

Question... Is OC legal in jefferson City? Do you have the City laws with thumbs up or down?
