Matthew,
Thank you for the information. I have heard from Rep. Jeff Mursau that he plans on introducing legislation regarding concealed carry after the budget debate. He hasn’t shared a bill draft yet, but I’ll be sure to keep an eye out for it.
Kathy

Hello again!!
(VIEW ATTACHMENT FOR PROPOSED LEGISLATION)
As you know Wisconsin already has a form of Constitutional Carry... but it is limited to openly carrying your firearm. This legislation would make the amendments needed to allow law abiding citizens to conceal their firearm for self defense. It would also have a substantial economic benefit to Wisconsin!!! (seen here) http://www.wisconsincarry.org/pdf/Guns_Good_Bans_Bad_WI.pdf
Here is a list of states currently considering Constitutional Concealed Carry (no permits, no classes)

A GREAT source of information on this topic is Wisconsin Carry Inc.! They can be reached at Nik@WisconsinCarry.org.
I can carry a firearm on my hip right now in Wisconsin as long as it is carried openly for everyone to see. Why should people be felons for putting their coats over the top of that firearm? Why should putting the coat over the top require training and possibly fees (the outcome of Shall-issue legislation). Constitutional Concealed Carry is right for the people!
Kathy, I want to thank you so much for getting back to me every single time I email! It means a great deal to me to see you reaching out to us and taking to time to read emails and respond to your constituents.
