Just joined what I think is a very informational and helpful forum. I see some LEOs are also exited about the OC in Florida.That's great. IL go straight to mi question. How do reciprocity issues play here? and where can we find out about this. Will I be able to go say to Georgia or Alabama w mi CCWL and OC ? And about Constitutional Cary States. When If I visit them, can I OC? Or do I conceal cary only. I hope someone can help in this issue.

Welcome to OCDO.
Reciprocity refers to agreements between states to accept the license/permits of another state as if they were there own. You must obey they laws of the state in which your are actually standing.
States with whom Florida has reciprocity can be found here
Constitutional Carry is by definition the right to carry w/o a permit in any way you choose.

I believe you are asking about Michigan's Reciprocal States.
A Michigan concealed pistol licensee who wishes to carry a concealed pistol in another state is responsible for complying with the laws of that state
Michigan's concealed pistol law expressly recognizes permits issued by other states to its residents. MCL 28.432a. However, non-residents are subject to the Michigan law while carrying a pistol in Michigan, including those restricting where pistols may be carried, the implied consent provision, disclosure to a peace officer when stopped, and carrying while under the influence. A non-resident should acquaint himself or herself with the Michigan law before carrying a concealed pistol in Michigan.
Similarly, a Michigan concealed pistol licensee who wishes to carry a concealed pistol in another state is responsible for complying with the laws of that state. In an effort to identify which states recognize Michigan issued concealed pistol licenses, each state was contacted by the Attorney General.
Those that recognize Michigan issued permits are:
Alabama
Alaska
Arizona
Arkansas
Colorado
Delaware
Florida
Georgia
Idaho
Indiana
Kansas
Kentucky
Louisiana
Mississippi
Missouri
Minnesota
Montana
Nebraska

Some states allow for the application for a temporary CCW permit issued by that state or local unit of government. Others exempt law enforcement officers.
Federal law expressly provides that persons may carry a firearm in their vehicles while traveling through another state provided that the possession of the weapon is legal in both the states of origin and destination and the weapon is unloaded and carried in the trunk of the vehicle or a locked container other than the glove box. See 18 U.S.C. 926a.
Also most states that allow open carry will allow you to as well, some w/ccw, some have no requirements for such license.

Also, you must keep in mind that just because your CWL is recognized in another state, it may not allow you the same privileges as a resident of that state might have. For example, Texas recognizes the MI CWL but from what I understand, only resident licenses of Texas may carry in the Texas state house.

Yep as far as the last time I read the new law you could carry in your back pocket as the people back home from where I lived did, hanging out and all>>>>NOT RECOMMENDED THOUGH.
Some people consider IWB holsters more for CC and belt holsters as being more for OC - I think that is to what Bigtime was referring, not no holster. That's my take anyway.
