    So, when will a state representitive have the cajones to write a non-descretionary CCW bill for Calf?
    A citizen may not be required to offer a ―good and substantial reason-- why he should be permitted to exercise his rights. The right‘s existence is all the reason he needs.

    It happens every few years, but it always seems to get killed in committee.

    The last round was AB357 - gotta love the irony in that number.

    It's almost as if the criminals have a HUGE lobby in Sacramento. I just can't believe that our elected officials really think that self defense and protecting your family is a crime, and they relentlessly go after any citizen who dares protect himself and their families....incredibly dis-heartening.
