    Failed program in New York

WTG New York. FAIL FAIL FAIL

Another example of a failed program is in Clark County, Nevada. The gun registration program. This program was started so they could return stolen guns to their rightful owner. When asked how many had been returned, they said they didn't keep records for that.
A citizen may not be required to offer a ―good and substantial reason-- why he should be permitted to exercise his rights. The right‘s existence is all the reason he needs.

Of course, the proper way for the press to present that is:

"Despite registering perhaps thousands of guns, Clark County law enforcement was unable to show even one gun returned to its rightful owner by the program."

Two can play the spin game. Let the government be on the defensive to clear up the misconception. If they hadn't lied about their purpose and set up the program, they wouldn't have to be defending the failure.
