This bill has now passed and clarify's restrictions on issue of LCCP with State and Federal restrictions.

Requiring the denial of a concealed pistol license application when the applicant is ineligible to possess a firearm under federal law.

I have an issue with this, because at any time, the federal government may expand the laws..

Laws which local law enforcement may not be able to enforce... But with the bill, they can.

Due Process violation. The feds are already making noise about criminalizing the transfer of guns to people who haven't been adjudicated ineligible.

" . . . nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law . . ."
