wait so this bill refuses to treat people with firearms? or allows treatment of people with firearms?

Prevents doctors from refusing to treat people with firearms, basically. Only let's them ask about firearm ownership if there's a serious reason to worry about it, i.e. suicidal tendencies.
Presently, doctors can ask, harass, and refuse to treat at their discretion.

I'm not opposed to 'their discretion,' It's their business... But when they hold your child's health hostage... That's going way too far, and they're doing it as a matter of SOP to inflict their leftist politics.

This bill will put a stop to that demented Hippocratic Hypocrisy.
