What do they mean by if received?

I think it means that they had to schedule the rules committee with all the bills they planned on having, and because of delays of lots of bills all over the place, they had to just write up slots for ones they expected before knowing the votes.
Thus, if a preceding committee nixes a bill, they can just skip over it, but as long as it passes they can just roll with it.
Probably done because time is running short for committees.

Negron is a sponsor of the bill!

I'd say Alexander is yes.

I'll go with 7-6 or 8-5 favorable.

I think we've got this one. Lets just watch for bogus amendments and be ready to fire off a barrage if we see one.

I'm more concerned about the Senate Floor Vote than this committee.

Video of Judiciary

How can we get the video from the Judiciary Committee?

This needs to be saved, so if Fl ever goes for constitutional carry, we can extensively quote from the LEO's predictions of gloom and doom that didn't happen.

That's a great idea! Put the LEO's wacky comments permanently on YouTube for all to see.
