Have you ever had to pull that on anyone?

I was at Lowe's yesterday picking up some shelving for the new place when an older guy in line behind me asked me if I "ever had to pull that on anyone?" I replied "Thank God no! I pray that I never have to." He smiled and I went on my way.

I go there a LOT since moving into this rent house and the staff there are always friendly and polite and NEVER mention it and I KNOW some have noticed that I am carrying but I guess my appearance, demeanor and repeated presence has them figuring I am "OK."

ONCE, several years back in VA, I had a Lowe's employee hold up his hands jokingly ask if I was going to rob them. I replied "heck no!" and let it drop right there and continued with my question on an item's location and my shopping without further incident.

+Lowe's Lowes overall!

Here is how I normaly look when I am out and about:

Been there a few times Hero.

Never was of my choosing, ended well, but would have been happier if they had not occurred. Much prefer to go quietly about my business.
