1 Senate Amendment to Amendment (349518)
2
3 Delete line 22
4 and insert:
5 a handgun as defined in s. 790.0655, on any public property and,
6 when permissible, on private property notwithstanding s.

"such as" cites an example, not a requirement. "capable of" I can fire my AK-pistol from one hand. I don't, but I can... I can fire my 10" Contender 45-70 Gov't with one hand, too... but it's not nice... at all.

It'll be a while, I'm working on version 3 of a proper retention holster for it... For now it's the ol' 1911.

Might wanna look at the more oddball Glocks. I got a G31 for a song. The 'normal' ones are pricey, even used. But then my Mom kidnapped it... Everyone should have a Mom that thinks .357sig is 'kinda ok.'

sure. I wouldn't do it in an urban setting, generally. but sure, you could .

The only thing that makes it look more intimidating than a normal pistol is that "kill as many people as possible as quickly as possible clip" rofl rofl

As far as I can see, yes. Personally, I wouldn't carry it without proper trigger protection and retention. But I'm working on that for my AMD-65 derived pistol right now.
