Orange County Sheriff's Office illegally identify concealed weapon permit holders

Did Orange County Sheriff's Office illegally identify concealed weapon permit holders? - Orlando Sentinel

State law prohibits the release of information disclosing the identities of concealed-weapon permit holders.

"This is using classified data for political purposes," said Sean Caranna, executive director of the group founded in July. "That's strictly prohibited."

Despite the revelation of CC permits beyond local county sheriff's offices being expressly prohibited by the Colorado Revised Statutes, many sheriffs here in Colorado violate that statute on a routine basis by illegally sharing their CC databases with other sheriffs' offices and the state police. This has been reported in various Colorado news agencies, and I addressed it with the Colorado General Assembly this session.

Don't know if they took action or simply turned a blind eye.

Lawyers invented themselves. Before that, we may not have got along terribly well, but I think we did a better job, certainly a far cheaper one, than we do today.

Originally lawyers were "Law Keepers". They recited the law when a chief, Clan head, king, etc., had to make a decision based on their Tribal/Clan law.

They sure have devolved since then.
I won't be wronged, I won't be insulted, and I won't be laid a hand on. I don't do those things to other people and I require the same of them.

Politicians should serve two terms, one in office and one in prison.(borrowed from RioKid)
