maybe the umbrella was at eye level with a child.

i think we have to pass a emergency bill about open carrying an umbrella.

So the guy at the end said seeing all those cops made him feel safe "for sure"... lucky the guy called or he might have been shot by some 'roided out guy in full combat gear. Those guys look better armed than US Marines...wth...

I read this somewhere today that 18-35% of all officer involved shootings are by mistaken that the so called "perp" having a weapon...If I were this guy...I would consider myself lucky.!!
