I am reading a lot about these "KRS" laws on guns, etc. Where can I download, print out and STUDY them in their entirety? I trhink I should go to Office Depot and get a few bright yellow highlight markers too!

We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software.
