Amendment 112 to SB231 was adopted by the Nevada Senate but rather than being placed in the general file, a fiscal note has been submitted at the last minute and it will be referred to the Senate Finance Committee.

The good news is; the Senate Finance Committee is exempt from the April 26th deadline for passage in the senate.

The bad news, someone (probably the NSHE) is asserting that this bill is going to financially impact them.
