Looking for OC info for Howell County. My search skills are working against me, can someone point me to a link I can check out?

Thanks,

Tom

As far as I can tell, there are no ordinances posted online. Call your county offices and ask them if they have them.

No offense, but I doubt a rural county would outlaw open carry.

Here's their website if you'd like a looksee: www.howellcounty.net

And for something more interesting look at the Howell County Sheriff, who claims you need a "permit to acquire" before purchasing a handgun: http://www.howellcountysheriff.com/CCW.htm

As far as I know, there are no cities in Howell County that regulate OC. I have OCed there for years with no problems. We even had an OC meeting in Dec of '09 and had an attendance of 40+.
