We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Any move entails a lot of technical details and I suspect we will encounter a few issues as the new server goes live. Please be patient with us. As far as I can tell, there are no ordinances posted online. Call your county offices and ask them if they have them.
No offense, but I doubt a rural county would outlaw open carry.

As far as I know, there are no cities in Howell County that regulate OC. I have OCed there for years with no problems. We even had an OC meeting in Dec of '09 and had an attendance of 40+.
