We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Ban cheap low cost "saturday special" tires. Ban large tires because you can't drive fast with small tires. Require high velocity tires to have special federal government approval and tax stamps and serial numbers and oh, of course, you have to surrender your 4th amendment rights so they can inspect them any time they want. And for the finishing touch you can no longer have a silencer (ie muffler) installed because that is somehow more dangerous than keeping things more quiet.
