At least they have open carry available to them but I sure as hell don't like/agree in having an unloaded weapon. It's full open carry with no restrictions or bust! What am I going to tell the bad guy? "Please give me a chance to load a mag".

Thing is, as I understand it from an OC buddy in Cali., that OC right only extends to folks residing/working in towns/counties with a limited population. Less then X number residents, though I dont recall what that # is off-hand.
So some clown in L.A. or wherever probably cant carry. Yet some other clown in Mayberry West can.
