This is clearly a spiteful interwed rumor.

I mean Quinn the eskablowme clearly says the good people of ILL don't want blood running in the streets.

"I think the passage of this law by the General Assembly would be most unwise and they should know where they governor stands and where the people stand."

And yet there is a Bill...
