A good read:
The difficulty of buying a handgun, registering a handgun and owning a legal gun in Chicago. - http://www.timeoutchicago.com/arts-culture/14746201/sweating-bullets

Yeah, well, here's an idea:

"A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."

Are Chicago Police THAT clueless with respect to the fact that 95% of the American Republic are law-abiding citizens?

I'll talk with them later. In the meantime, I sincerely hope that sinks through, while they consider other stats on the 2nd-5th levels.

Time to grow a brain. Sorry, but I ran the rounds of the museum back then, and haven't forgot a thing. I've learned far more in the AF.
