Family Member Wants to Start Carrying

I have a brother-in-law who lives in Ohio that is interested in carrying a weapon and I was curious where he could find the applicable laws and what all he should know before carrying. He is also interested in getting a CWP (or whatever it's called in Ohio), but he doesn't turn 21 until October. Any help that I can pass along to him would be appreciated. Also he lives in Hubbard which is right by Pennsylvania so where could I find the info for if he were to cross the state border.

After you receive your Ohio CCW, check out this site for your PA CCW: /www.co.centre.pa.us/sheriff/license_application.asp PA license costs about $27.00.

For your carrying family members - start by carrying around your home to get use to it. Now, for my family, we all feel funny if we are not carrying!
