We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Any move entails a lot of technical details and I suspect we will encounter a few issues as the new server goes live. Please be patient with us. The Senate and Assembly committees just had public hearings, so I assume that ammendments will be drafted, introduced and voted on up or down in committee before the bills are introduced on the Senate and Assembly floors.

CCW is a crime. The police who arrested you should have explained what happens next.mliederbach said:

Though they won't tell you about how to get your pistol back. Once you're found not guilty, or the charges are dropped, you need a form called "petition for return of property"; get it from the court.
If you're found guilty of CCW, you won't get it back - it'll be destroyed.
