Any move entails a lot of technical details and I suspect we will encounter a few issues as the new server goes live. Please be patient with us. It will be worth it! :) Please help by posting all issues here.

Does anyone know what's next in the CCW process?
CCW is a crime. The police who arrested you should have explained what happens next.
(Pay a ticket, contest it in court, etc. Good to get an attorney.)

Though they won't tell you about how to get your pistol back. Once you're found not guilty, or the charges are dropped, you need a form called "petition for return of property"; get it from the court.

If you're found guilty of CCW, you won't get it back - it'll be destroyed.
