I was calling some of our legislators to express my support for Constitutional Carry the other day and mis dialed a number. I didn't figure it out at first and spent several minutes educating the fellow on the the other end of the phone before I realized I had dialed wrong, he ended up supporting permit free carry.

I guess my training in evangelism works on topics other than Christianity.

Hehe that's great. I've been showing videos of the Wausau hearing to friends and co-workers. A few of them are whole hog on Constitution Carry now due to that. They didn't realize what it meant until listening to the people speak!

Out of curiosity, could you give us a bit of information on your approach? What do you say when they pick up?

When they picked up I started to express my support for constitutional carry, they said they didn't know what it was and I explained it and referenced our state and federal constitutions as the source of the right as opposed to an expensive and intrusive limit on our rights via a permit system, around that time I figured out I had dialed wrong, but the guy was interested in hearing more so I talked bout the differing bills in circulation and he said he supported the Constitutional Carry Bill.
