In The State of Nevada, it is Legal to Openly Carry a Firearm in Public so as long as The Person doing so is NOT Prohibited under either: 1. Federal Law OR 2. State Law; from Possessing The Firearm in Question.
In Accordance with Nevada Revised Statute NRS 268.418, such Matters are Reserved to Nevada State, to The Exclusion of Cities, except as provided under 2. AND 3. of that Revised Statute.
Therefore, Open Carry is Lawful so as long as The Person who is doing so may Lawfully Possess such Firearm.
