well, they didnt know the dif. between mag and clip. probably think 'may issue' is a permit issued in May.

Quibble w/ the wording "do you own a gun?"... better question is "do you own at least one gun?" Being pedantic, many of us would have to answer no to the first question, as we own more than one.
